Flashbacks is the debut record by Peach on a beach (Larry Peach) released in 2023, a whimsical collection of eight hip-hop and electronic tracks about growing up as a teen in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. 1980s nostalgia with an East Coast twist.

New release May 3: “Zooming In" is a hip hop tribute to Peach's lifelong love of geography, a tongue-in-cheek take on how our use of maps has changed over time.

 

Released on Feb. 16, "Rabbit Hole” is a dance in the dark, a reminder about the futility of arguing online. Hypnotic synths and heavy percussion accompany ominous lyrics and vocals, an homage to 80’s alternative artists like The Cure and Skinny Puppy. Compared to his whimsical debut, the first single from Peach on a beach's upcoming sophomore album All Over the Map hints at exploring more contemporary themes and new sounds. A trippy music video promotes the release.
